Amazing staff, they all went above and beyond and made me feel appreciated as a client. They accommodated my request of extra feather pillows as well as towels. The room service food was really good, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

This trip was my second medical trip, previously stayed in February. There is a Clinic walking distance behind the court building, where I saw 3 different doctors, and had treatments almost every day in February. This trip I went to Repromedic, in Jesus Maria, for Kidney surgery. We left our luggage in hotel (checked out) and wife stayed in hospital with me 2 nights, then we checked in again after operation. We checked out again leaving our luggage there again and went to visit family in Chincha for a few days, then returned and checked in again for our last day in Lima before returning to USA.

My friend owns the nicest hotel in Chincha , and I advised her to use your business model , Smiling faces on all employees, who go out of their way to make guests happy.
